Vendor Terms and Conditions – Orignn

By applying to sell on Orignn, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Vendor Terms and Conditions. Orignn operates as a curated online marketplace that connects independent brands with customers. Orignn is not the seller of record and does not manufacture, store, or take ownership of any products listed on the platform.

Vendors are solely responsible for the management and operation of their store, including the accuracy of all product listings, descriptions, pricing, imagery, and availability. All information must be truthful, complete, and not misleading. Vendors are fully responsible for the fulfillment of all orders, including processing, packaging, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and customer service.

Vendors agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to consumer protection, product safety, labeling, and shipping requirements. Orignn shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from a vendor’s products, services, or failure to comply with legal obligations.

All products listed on Orignn must align with the platform’s standards of quality, sustainability, and transparency. Orignn reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve, refuse, suspend, or remove any vendor, product, or content that does not meet these standards or that may harm the integrity or reputation of the platform.

Vendors retain full ownership of their products and intellectual property. However, by listing on Orignn, vendors grant Orignn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute product images, descriptions, trademarks, and related content for marketing, promotional, and operational purposes.

Vendors are responsible for setting their own pricing. Orignn charges a commission of 18% on each completed sale made through the platform. Vendors remain responsible for all costs associated with their operations, including production, fulfillment, shipping, returns, and applicable taxes or duties.

Payments to vendors will be processed in accordance with the platform’s payment terms and may be subject to delays caused by third-party payment providers. Orignn shall not be held responsible for any such delays or related issues.

Vendors are solely responsible for managing returns, exchanges, and customer disputes. All policies must be clearly communicated and consistently applied. While Orignn is not a party to transactions between vendors and customers, it reserves the right to intervene at its discretion to protect users and maintain platform standards.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Orignn makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or functionality of the platform and shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.

Orignn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate a vendor’s access to the platform at any time, without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these terms or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

Orignn may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

By submitting an application or listing products on Orignn, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Vendor Terms and Conditions.
